Leadership Team of Camps
Bay United Church
The Leadership
Team is an elected body, of ten members, comprising a
well balanced cross section of the congregation. Members
are elected for a minimum of a one year term and may
serve for a maximum term of six years if re-elected,
after which they must step down for at least one year. The Leadership Team meets every
six weeks, and has at least one retreat annually. The
Leadership Team is responsible for the spiritual and
directional oversight of the church and the Staff Team
is responsible for the day-to-day practicalities.
Members of the congregation are encouraged to approach
any of the members of the Leadership Team with ideas or
matters of concern.
