United Missions and Ministries – 2007 – the year that
was
Some highlights for 2007 are as follows:
As a Missions and Ministries, team we look back on 2007
and give God thanks for being able to grow this side of
our church ministtry.
Here are some highlights from what we gave from the
Missions and Ministries Budget in 2007
Total Budget for 2007 was R280,000
Our giving covered all of the
following
-
Interserve - the organisation
and we also blessed the Cape Town leader
-
SIM - the organisation, plus we
blessed two of there folk
-
ACT WON which included support
for there trip to ATHENS
-
J&J for their CT outreach work
-
Henry
-
Ellen, plus we supported their
leadership development training at Rocklands
-
M&M (Besom) were allocated funds
for local ministry work
-
James House were blessed with
R10000 during the terrible winter months
-
We also blessed John Weber's
(who died) family
-
Andre de Villiers - toward his
work within local schools as well as for a new CD
launch
-
We supported Bethel Bible
College which will assist 3 Bible College students
with their studies and accommodation for 2 years
-
We have indicated our envisaged
support to the Lausanne 2010 project
-
We have (as a once off) blessed
Lee-Anne Horwood to support her ministry work in the
USA
